Baby hats
Here are the baby hats I crocheted. I had so much fun doing them and they are just too cute for words.

Caps to Cap-Haitien

This is awesome! Take a look at this website (click on the word website) I am going to start on a baby cap right now. I am going to crochet it since I don't knit very well. I'm excited to do something for the sweet babies in Haiti.

All Saints Day and Campaign 2008
Martin Luther not so sure about the headpiece
Here is Campaign Headquarters for Tom's City Council run. This was taken on Sunday, our final day to get out fliers to people and tell them to vote for Tom. Sadly, Tom did not make it into a city council seat, but he learned a lot from the experience and is ready and willing to run again in 2 years.

Pears Foster & New Lamp
The finished product, so yummy.
We got a new lamp yesterday, I think it adds a lot more homeyness (I make up my own words) to our living room.

New Rug
Tom and I just moved this rug from downstairs to the living room. I like it a lot better, Tom needs time to get used to it. The other rug was too bright (and clashed with the chair I thought) for the look that we are going for. Once the blue walls are a nice calm brown tone it will all flow...hopefully!
Reorganizing and decorating
Yesterday I had the day off so I cleaned our house, reorganized, AND finally put some pictures up on the wall. Here is what the final product looks like and yes, we will be painting the blue walls soon, hopefully this Winter. :)
Our living room. The table in front of the book case is Tom's "Campaign Headquarters" and it must not be moved!

Camping!
This last weekend we went camping with the Swanlunds and Durays at the St. Croix Bluffs. We all had a good time and enjoyed being out in nature and admiring God's beautiful creation. The weather was really nice the whole time and it only rained once. Here are some pictures of our time.
